Hi! I'm Heidi and I have been an administrator for 17 years and in education 20 years. I have been a middle school and high school teacher, served as a building administrator at the middle and high school levels, and currently serve as a coordinator of data, assessment and accountability in a large suburban school district of 22,000 students.

I have a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership K-12, Superintendent/ Principal/ Teacher Licensure and speak across the country on data analysis, curriculum, and cybersafety.

Carl Metzger has a Ph.D. in K-12 Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton. Dr. Metzger has been in education over 30 years with 25 in educational administration. He has served as a principal at the elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school levels. Dr. Metzger has served as an assistant superintendent in a district with over 2500 employees and 22,000 students. He is responsible for overseeing the hiring process for certified and classified personnel. Previously, he served as a superintendent in an outstanding rural district well known for academics and extra curricular accomplishments.
